Our venue can accommodate up to 300 sit down guests.

The Barn at Dawson Farm's is happy to offer these packages on weekends and during non-peak wedding season.

$250.00 - Weekday Luncheon ONLY - You will have full use of the barn and all the amenities during lunch hours only for 4 hours (Monday -Wednesday) Thursday will be allowed only if no event is occurring that weekend following.

- Weekday Event -

You will have full use of the barn and all the amenities for your chosen weekday (Monday-Thursday).

- Sunday Event -

You will have full use of the barn and all the amenities for your chosen Sunday Afternoon.

- Weekend Event -

You will have full use of the barn and all the amenities (Friday or Saturday). Weekend Events will only be allowed based on availability due to Weddings.

Cleaning Fee - $200.00 additional fee required with the pricing if you do not want to fully clean after the event is over. This does still require you to put tables and chairs back up and everything that was moved must be moved back against the wall.
